Rich is the Chief Executive Officer and Positive Impact Executive for
Dependable Medical Transport Services (DMTS). He has lived in Arizona since 1977 and has over 27 years of experience in the transportation
and service industry. He is the founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Global Mobility Solutions; a worldwide leader in transportation
and mobility solutions. Mr. Ganley is also credited with pioneering many Internet tools and services in use today on the World Wide Web. He was
the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Homefair.com which was one of the first 700 "Dot Com" companies in the world.
Rich is currently involved in many new efforts and solutions that will reduce costs, improve productivity,
and help deliver higher service levels in the Transportation and Health Care industries. Rich is also credited with pioneering many
transportation and mobility industry enhancements including; The “Match-Track & Move™” system, “The Moving Coach ™,” “I-Move ™,” “The
Moving Calculator ™,” and many other award winning tools and services.
Mr. Ganley has three teenage children and he enjoys many outdoor activities, and is an active business leader
and volunteer in our community.

| Terry Reilly |

Terry is a native Arizonan, and has been in the transportation industry for over ten years,
and is a certified E.M.T. in the state of Arizona.
He started at Southwest Ambulance as an intern spending several months in each department.
At Southwest, he was responsible for the oversight of a 60 million dollar budget for
the East EMS and Inter-facility non-emergent transport division, which included the
Scheduling Department, Duty Office, and Dispatch Center. He was in the United States
Marine Corp, serving as an infantry Sergeant from 1992 through 1996.
He attended Arizona State University. He is an active member with the Knight’s of
Columbus and has participated in numerous health associations such as Aging Services
of Arizona and also with the Arizona Health Care Association where he served as a
board member. Terry resides in Mesa with his finance and two children.

| Donna Anderson |

Donna is a life long Arizona resident, living all of her life in Pinal County. She has over 15 years in the health care field, including experience as a Case Manager and Contracts Coordinator. Her expertise gives her great insight to client needs which include; dealing with difficult client situations, and superior problem resolution with positive outcomes. She has a vast knowledge and understanding of AHCCCS requirements regarding program contractors and their reporting requirements and needs. Donna has a Bachelors degree in Business Management. Her ability to lead the Operations Team, formalize DMTS training programs, introduce and implement new certification programs and requirements have been instrumental in the professional progression of DMTS.

Jose has been in the transportation industry, specifically in the NET dispatching arena, for 13 years. Jose was the General Manager and then Director of Operations for Laidback/Lifestar Transportation for 13 years prior to joining the DMTS team. Jose is credited with developing and implementing “live dispatching” a system that effectively routes the closest driver to a client. Jose currently manages the dispatchers in both the live dispatching system in Maricopa County, and maintains and monitors the “pre-routed” dispatch system for Pinal, Gila and Pima counties. Jose is working closely with our IT department in developing a new routing system to further improve DMTS systems and service. Jose and his family are involved in many sporting and community activities, he and his wife have three children and have lived in Phoenix for the last 15 years.

Dave is the Chief Information Officer for DMTS and is a highly educated and trained Systems
Administrator and Software Developer. Dave is a Microsoft Certified Professional, including MCSE and MCSD. He has over 15 years experience in Software
Development and Systems Deployment/Administration and has a B.S. in Computer & Information Sciences from Western Washington University.
Dave and his team are currently developing the new and improved DMTS order/routing system which will enable DMTS to remain the number one in customer
service and on time delivery. Dave served in the United States Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician Second Class Petty Officer. During his eight
years in the Navy, Dave obtained his B.S. in Computer & Information Sciences. He was a Software Developer for Bank of America, writing the programs that
we now use today for interfacing capabilities with major credit card companies. Dave was also a Software Engineer for Salt River Project’s Water Group and developed
the software for the auto-gates for the canal systems throughout Arizona. Dave has lived in Arizona for ten years and he and his wife reside in Scottsdale.

| Andrew Navarro Sr. |

Andrew has developed
an excellent reputation in the Az. Medical Transport Industry and has had a breadth of
experiences since he began. Andrew started in the business in 1999 as a driver. Andrew worked
for several companies over the next 10 years, including Comtrans, PMT and LifeStar. Andrew has
gained operational expertise in several key areas: customer service, dispatching, quality
assurance, training and marketing. In his position as Director of Quality Assurance, Andrew
is heavily involved in training the drivers and internal staff. Andrew always has the patient
as his most important priority, and trains the drivers to treat the patients the way they would
want their family treated! Andrew also has been one of the leaders at DMTS to create and launch
our “Hospice Only Transport” (H.O.T.) division. One of the keys to DMTS’s success with their
H.O.T. service is the additional training that Andrew gives the drivers on customer service
skills necessary with hospice patients and their families.
Andrew has lived in Arizona most of his life but was born in Pomona,
CA. He has lived in the West Valley most of his life and graduated from Independence High School in
Glendale in 1997. Andrew has 2 sons and a daughter. Andrew enjoys family time, and his greatest passion
is to help others with their medical transportation needs.
